  • Welcome back!

    Kicking off our Autumn season with our first rehearsal on 5th September – some gorgeous music from the 20th Century, right up to the present day has been chosen. Pieces include Vaughan Williams ‘O Clap Your Hands’, George Dyson’s ‘Hierusalem’ and young Norwegian composer Ola Gjielo’s ‘Sunrise Mass’.

  • Our next concert is on 17th April, featuring some real beauties from Mozart, Haydn and Schubert. We last sang  Mozart’s C Minor Mass a good ten years ago so it is due an airing. Also on the highly tuneful programme is Haydn’s Salve Regina and Schubert’s Magnificat.  Tickets will be available shortly.

    Thank you for supporting our Carol Concert yesterday, we had over 200 people in the audience. Thanks also to Bures Primary School Choir and The Accidentals for providing our guest spots.  We start rehearsals again on 11th Jan for our next concert of Mozart and Haydn.
