Our Spring Concert is on Sunday 15th April at 7.30pm. Haydn’s Creation is a well loved choral work with loads of great tunes and thrilling moments. Soloists include local baritone Mark Saberton. Tickets are available online from The Quay Theatre and in person from Sudbury Tourist Information Centre and Compact Music, North Street.

Our Christmas spectacular is this Sunday, 17th December at 2.45pm. Bures Primary School Choir are giving us the aaaah factor, audience carols provide the sing-along vibe, nicely finished off with mince pies…and a carol from the choir about a sparrow! Tickets are still available from Compact Music and Sudbury Tourist Info Centre in the Library.

Some tickets are still available for tonight’s Autumn Concert in St Peter’s, Sudbury. Some superb young soloists from the Royal College of Music will be singing their hearts out – get your hankies ready for ‘When I Am Laid in Earth’ from Dido and Aeneas, sob. It starts at 7.30pm.

Lucky us, we’re singing Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas for our next concert in November. Our first rehearsal is Monday 4th September in our new practice venue at Woodhall School.

You can’t go wrong with Judy Garland, that most iconic of Hollywood stars. We are celebrating her and other singers on 2nd July at 3.30pm in St Peters. And tea and cake!
