Spring 2026 term

Starts on Monday 5th January 2026 and we will be singing a selection of opera choruses and maybe even a couple of choral favourites. The second Monday of term will be a Come and Sing rehearsal so hopefully we will have lots of new people turning up.

Our summer term starts on Monday 20th July 2026 (to be confirmed) with the concert  on 5th.

Future Concerts
For 2026 our spring and summer concerts will be in Sudbury Arts Centre on 19th April and  5th July.  For 2027 we have concerts in Sudbury Arts Centre on 18th April and  7 November.  The November 2026 and the summer 2027 concert dates are not yet fixed.

Rehearsal Details

Our Monday night rehearsals are in Friars Hall (School Street, CO10 2HA) from 7:20 pm until 9:30 pm.  The first 10 minutes of the rehearsal, up until 7:30, is reserved for the chairman’s notices etc.

Come and Sing
Next one is on 12th January as part of our usual rehearsal in Friars Hall.  This event is to encourage anyone and everyone who might be thinking of joining us to come and give it a go.  More details on future events to follow.

2025 AGM – was on 29 September 2025

Our 2025 AGM was held at the start of our normal rehearsal on a Monday night so it is in the same venue as the rehearsal.  If you would like more information on it or have any queries then do please contact our secretary Clare Lodge.

Subscriptions

The annual subscription is £165 as from September 2025 payable either in full at the start of the autumn term in September or by standing order of £13.75 per month for 12 months, or £16.5 for 10  months.   New members can come along to three rehearsals before paying their subscription.
