Autumn 2022: Sunday 20th November at 7:30
We performed two works in this concert, Ola Gjeilo’s Sunrise Mass and Karl Jenkin’s The Armed Man. Gjeilo’s Sunrise Mass is stunningly beautiful, we last performed it in 2016 and everyone was blown away by it. It is beautiful to sing and in St Gregory’s it will be absolutely magical. Karl Jenkin’s Armed Man is a really interesting work, the orchestral settings accompanying the choral singing really bring the storytelling of the work to life.
