Rehearsals start this Monday, 7th January for perhaps the most popular choral work of all time, Handel’s Messiah.
We’re singing Parts Two and Three on Sunday 7th April at 7.30pm with an invited orchestra and guest soloists.

The Missa in Angustiis (Mass for Troubled Times) otherwise known as the Nelson Mass by Joseph Haydn is our next major work. We’re starting rehearsals on 3rd September – new members welcome!


Some tickets are still available for tonight’s Autumn Concert in St Peter’s, Sudbury. Some superb young soloists from the Royal College of Music will be singing their hearts out – get your hankies ready for ‘When I Am Laid in Earth’ from Dido and Aeneas, sob. It starts at 7.30pm.
Our last concert, Mendelssohn’s Elijah was a huge success for us – an inspiring evening, spurred on by having a replacement Elijah soloist at the last minute – you would never have known.
Our Summer Concert on Sunday 2nd July at 3.30pm features Songs from the Films. We’ve got support from the super-talented Laura Barnard, and vocal harmonies from The Accidentals and Flat Broke . Songs will span the decades, including this Eighties-tastic Bond theme tune by Sheena Easton:
